Since August 2017 I have been reaching out to “my fellow explorers of all things Jewish” through Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, and Twitter. By posting videos, photos, blog posts, and more, I have garnered 3,000+ followers, and 25,000+ video minutes viewed. Introducing...the first Israeli in America. Well, sort of. ~~~ Tova Ronni, the Israeli folksinger who was also my beloved grandmother, was an amazing woman. She moved from British Mandate Palestine to New York in 1947, just before Israeli independence, and had a long career in the States as a folksinger of Hebrew and Yiddish music.
